Your tasks
* Preparing Sales and order reports for management purposes (by BU)
* Calculating IC Sales and IC Profit for COGNOS reporting
* Calculating the OPEX allocation key and maintaining the allocation key in SAP
* OPEX allocation and analysis, perform the calculation of OPEX allocation
* Maintain the OPEX analysis tool on a regular basis
* Run the OPEX follow-up with each owner of function
* Gross Margin analysis by BU, Keep close eyes on Cockpit and alarm the abnormal case (Sales/Order/GM)
* Maintain GM comparison by period / by customer type / by products
* Preparing the supporting documents of external audit regarding Sales/GM
* Assist Manager for any job requested
* Proactive support for company's key initiatives and key projects
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
* 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial analysis
* Experience of working with multi-function partner and mechanized production cost analysis
* Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
* Discretion and confidentiality dealing with sensitive personnel data
