PpWe are looking for a commercially driven bCloud Business Development Manager /b to support the growth of our cloud business in Switzerland. This role will focus on developing new customer opportunities, expanding the cloud partner ecosystem, managing strategic sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth across key industry sectors. /p pThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud sales, business development, partner management, or enterprise technology solutions, with the ability to build relationships, identify market opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver business results. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute business development strategies to grow the cloud business in Switzerland. /li liAchieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing new cloud business opportunities. /li liBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise customers, channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem partners. /li liExpand the local customer base through direct outreach, partner channels, industry networks, and market engagement. /li liWork closely with internal stakeholders, including enterprise sales, marketing, technical support, solution architects, and partner teams, to drive cloud adoption and revenue growth. /li liIdentify new market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to support cloud business expansion. /li liDevelop and strengthen relationships with cloud partners, helping to integrate partner solutions with the company’s cloud platform. /li liSupport joint go-to-market activities with partners, including customer engagement, solution positioning, and commercial planning. /li liProvide regular market insights, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business development plans to senior management. /li liRepresent the company at customer meetings, partner events, industry conferences, and networking activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in cloud business development, enterprise sales, partner management, or technology solution sales. /li liStrong understanding of cloud services, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or related enterprise technology solutions. /li liExisting network within the Swiss cloud, enterprise IT, telecom, technology, or partner ecosystem is highly preferred. /li liTrack record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology environment. /li liExperience building sales pipelines, managing opportunities, and closing complex enterprise deals. /li liStrong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and support teams. /li liFluent English is required. German is highly preferred. French or Italian would be an advantage. /li liBased in Switzerland, preferably Zurich or able to travel regularly to Zurich. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3 pThe ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and commercially focused. They should be comfortable opening new accounts, building partner relationships, and working in a fast-moving cloud business environment.
