Real Estate Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our client's team, responsible for managing various corporate real estate projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional on-site meetings in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage corporate real estate projects, including lease contracts, relocation, consolidation, and premises closure
* Lead specific projects related to workplace, maintenance, energy reduction, processes, guidelines, and real estate standards
* Conduct stakeholder management to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Budgeting and cost planning, maintaining cost awareness throughout projects
* Portfolio data management, including lease data, premises data, and master data
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar field. Master's degree preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager in corporate environments
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
* Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Must reside and work in Switzerland
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. He/she must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Skillful time management, budgeting, and analytical skills are essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have at least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager in a corporate environment.
