We are looking for a multilingual B2B marketing expert to help us grow in the Swiss market by generating leads, managing outreach, and supporting SEO delivery. This is a highly visible role with real impact — combining strategic marketing and hands-on business development.
What You’ll Do
* Generate qualified B2B leads and own the top of the sales funnel
* Create engaging, SEO-optimized content in German and French (blogs, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, LinkedIn posts)
* Plan and execute outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and SEO channels
* Use iCards, our proprietary lead and sales platform, to manage contacts and track engagement
* Support both internal and client-facing SEO efforts: keyword research, on-page structure, content optimization
* Represent cogify group at business events, expos, and industry forums across Switzerland
* Build relationships withindustry associations, chambers of commerce, and business communities
* Collaborate with our internal design team to co-develop presentations, social media posts, campaign visuals, and marketing materials
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or business development
* Fluent in German and French (spoken and written); English for internal communication
* Proven SEO skills - ideally with experience supporting or delivering SEO services
* Strong writing and communication skills tailored to professional audiences
* Familiarity with Swiss business culture and B2B buying behavior
* Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid team environment
* Team player: confident working closely with designers and product teams to execute campaigns
