Our client is a Geneva-based, international FMCG company.
Job Description
The AR Specialist will have the following missions:
* Manage accounting and monitor customer flows for both wholesale clients and B2C.
* Record and monitor customer invoices, handle payments (bank transfers, credit cards, cash), monitor overdue accounts, reconcile customer accounts.
* Verify VAT accuracy and prepare VAT declarations.
* Handle reporting and analysis on AR accounting. - Act as a liaison between sales, financial, and ground teams, ensuring reliability of operations and compliance with internal procedures.
* Actively participate in the management and coordination of the ERP migration project.
* Secure financial flows and maintaining high-quality customer service, and ensure compliance with accounting and fiscal standards.
The Successful Applicant
The Candidates Are Expected To Provide The Following
* Higher education in accounting, 5+ years experience specifically AR accounting and VAT
* Fluent in French and English
* Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, autonomy
* ERP migration former experience is a plus
