Your main tasks
* Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations
* Correspondence in German/French/English
* Advising guests regarding prices and categories
* Creating and keeping reservations up to date
* Preparing offers, confirmations, etc. in German/French/English
* Monitoring provisional bookings and following up accordingly
* Checking correspondence and filing
* Maintaining and updating guest records
* Managing the Channel Manager (availability and rate updates)
* Acting as deputy for the Revenue & Reservation Manager in their absence
Your profile
* Professional experience in a similar establishment, either domestically or abroad
* Good spoken and written skills in German, English, and French
* Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Ability to work in an organized manner even in hectic situations
