1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent
2. 10+ years of controlling experience in a manufacturing/operations environment (required)
3. Proven experience leading global teams or projects
4. Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or Operational Excellence
5. Solid skills in MS Office and SAP
6. Strong change-management and organizational development capabilities
7. Analytical, quick-minded, and reliable with an operations-oriented mindset
8. Willingness to travel internationally as needed
