Scrum Master (M/F) at Enova – Zurich
About the Role
As part of the strengthening of Agile teams for one of our major clients in Zurich, we are looking for a Scrum Master to support one or several teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
* Ensure proper understanding and application of Scrum and Agile frameworks
* Coach and support teams towards autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement
* Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
* Support release planning and coordination across teams
* Ensure alignment between sprint goals and release objectives
* Contribute to release readiness, cutover activities and post‑release reviews
* Promote a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous delivery
* Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and management
* Monitor Agile KPIs, delivery metrics and release performance
* Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives when required
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
* Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles and related frameworks
* Excellent facilitation, communication and coaching skills
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
* Problem‑solving mindset and strong team spirit
* Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
* Fluent English (French is a strong advantage)
