Your tasks
We are looking for a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to advance our sustainability reporting aligned with the requirements of the CSRD. The person will support our sustainability team in preparing our annual sustainability report by collecting, analyzing, and reporting different sustainability metrics.
1. Management of the sustainability reporting process, including preparation of the annual sustainability report
2. Keep up-to-date with evolving sustainability reporting standards and best practice
3. Respond to data queries from internal and external stakeholders
4. Oversee the data collection process
5. Ensure compliance with external auditing requirements
6. Establish relevant metrics, support the performance monitoring, and recommend adjustments as required
Your profile
7. Degree in business administration, controlling/finance, law, or sustainability
8. Experience and knowledge of relevant reporting standards and international frameworks (TCFD; GRI; CSRD)
9. Experience in collecting, organizing and analyzing sustainability data
10. Ability to develop own ideas and implement approaches alone and in a team
11. Good English language skills
12. Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
