What you will do:
* Define and execute lifecycle strategies for construction, commissioning, and operations of biomethane assets.
* Oversee the delivery of capital projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution with a focus on safety and quality.
* Manage EPC partners, engineering firms, and contractors to deliver new builds, upgrades, and refurbishments.
* Lead commissioning processes, ensuring performance validation, safety acceptance, and seamless handovers.
* Optimize operational performance, ensuring high availability, feedstock efficiency, and biomethane production.
* Govern maintenance strategies, lifecycle planning, and asset integrity programs to ensure long‑term reliability.
* Drive compliance with HSE regulations and foster a strong safety culture across all sites.
What you bring & who you are:
* A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
* 10–15+ years of experience in industrial plant operations and construction, ideally with an EPC project management background.
* Proven expertise in managing large capital projects and leading multi-site operations.
* Technical knowledge of biogas, anaerobic digestion, or upgrading technologies.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced project management expertise (PMI/IPMA preferred) and financial acumen across OPEX/CAPEX.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and HSE leadership.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on standardization and operational excellence.
