Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Translate business goals into a clear IT vision and transformation roadmap
* Assess current IT landscape, models, and governance to identify gaps and improvements
* Design future-state IT strategies aligned with business objectives
* Build business cases, analyze costs, and support strategic decision-making
* Promote IT best practices in sourcing, governance, and investment prioritization
* Foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence within Group IT
Key Skills / Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in IT strategy, business transformation, or consulting
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
* Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business insights
* Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven personality
* Excellent English and good German language skills
