As a
*Junior Legal Counsel**
, you will support the legal execution of a business-unit separation. Your focus will be on:
*Carve-Out & Separation Execution** Supporting the legal implementation of the carve-out structure Coordinating legal workstreams and separation activities Tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met *SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) Execution** Assisting with legal obligations between signing and closing Monitoring milestones and managing legal deliverables Preparing and organising required closing documentation *Contract Transfers** Identifying and tracking contracts requiring assignment, novation, or third‑party consent Coordinating with business teams to gather information Supporting drafting or review of standard transfer documentation *Internal & External Coordination** Acting as a key liaison with internal teams (commercial, procurement, finance, operations) Working closely with external counsel and managing incoming requests Maintaining documentation and trackers for all legal workstreams *Candidate Profile**
