* Execution of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversions
* Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in close collaboration with Development and 2nd Level Support
* Professional handling, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of service cases
* Support in creating, reviewing, and improving technical documentation and process procedures
* Occasional assistance with trade fair setup and dismantling activities
* Ensuring full compliance with Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion prevention
* Participation in additional functional responsibilities based on expertise and business requirements (e.g., internal training, quality initiatives, or special technical projects — approximately 10% of working time)
Your profile
* Completed technical vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified technician
* Several years of experience as a Service Technician for laser machines or comparable high‑tech industrial equipment
* Strong customer‑service orientation combined with an independent and structured work approach
* High willingness to travel (up to 90%) across Europe and Switzerland
* Good MS Office skills and strong IT knowledge in hardware and software environments
* Fluent English skills are mandatory, along with fluent German or French
* High commitment to providing excellent customer support and service quality
