For our client in Zürich Seebach, a provider of secure and interoperable communication solutions for the Swiss Armed Forces as well as national and international security agencies, we are looking to fill a permanent position as Technical Project Manager. The company is responsible for the integration, operation, and maintenance of security‑critical information, communication, and command systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Technical leadership of the "Nodemanager-Backend" software team through a sound understanding of the solution architecture as well as in-depth product and technology knowledge.
* Responsibility for maintaining, prioritizing, and ensuring transparency of the product backlog
* Translating architectural decisions into actionable initiatives, incorporating the teams' specialist expertise
* You are part of an agile team and actively work hands‑on on the conception, development and validation of sustainable, scalable network solutions.
* You are responsible for the product roadmap, its prioritization, and the continuous evaluation of new potential in the listed areas.
Must Haves
* Solid technical knowledge in network technology with Cisco experience
* Several years of experience in software development in a technical leadership role
* A completed degree in business informatics, computer science or data science
* A high level of innovation and a strong ambition to actively develop Switzerland's integrated military communications system.
* Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
* Strong service and customer orientation as well as strong analytical thinking skills
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues in an understandable, structured and audience‑appropriate manner.
