Your Purpose
The Senior Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy across all MSC Cruises markets, focusing on driving direct sales through digital advertising, setting and achieving KPIs, and developing innovative campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, digital sales development, campaign strategy, paid media planning, and team leadership. The role also involves developing partnership programs to broaden reach and support customer value.
Your Impact
* Develop and maintain relationships with MSC stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning with global objectives.
* Set and meet KPIs for online sales via digital advertising, ensuring agency performance.
* Lead meetings and reviews, providing insights based on campaign data and market trends.
* Plan and execute digital campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Social, Native, Audio, and Video channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver assets aligned with sales targets.
* Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve ROAS, experimenting with adtech and martech innovations.
* Develop lead generation strategies, ensuring effective customer acquisition and nurturing.
* Oversee account resourcing and profitability, managing budgets and stakeholder expectations.
* Serve as escalation point for internal concerns.
* Optimize workflows and propose process improvements.
* Manage digital marketing budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Lead affiliate and partnership programs to drive traffic and conversions.
* Manage key partner relationships and co-branded initiatives.
Your Journey so far
* 7+ years in a similar role.
* Experience with analytics and ad tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager.
* Experience managing and mentoring teams.
* Experience in lead generation is a plus.
* Budget management experience.
Your Essentials
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and ROAS.
* Deep knowledge of Google and Meta ad platforms.
* Organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and turn insights into strategies.
