Päckli Punkt is its carrier solution for Swiss e‑commerce, offering a nationwide PUDO network that makes shipping and returns simple, flexible and convenient. You will be part of a fast‑growing team that collaborates with well‑known e‑commerce players and has the opportunity to shape initiatives actively.
Responsibilities
* Support and expand existing key accounts in e‑commerce.
* Acquire new business customers and partners (new customer acquisition).
* Take responsibility for revenue development and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare offers, lead contract and pricing negotiations.
* Oversee and coordinate administrative day‑to‑day tasks, including contract management.
* Plan and execute projects with IT, logistics, marketing and other internal stakeholders.
* Act as interface to customer support, quality, complaints, IT, strategy and operations.
* Develop and implement new services and optimize existing solutions.
* Conduct market and competitive analyses.
* Initiate and execute marketing measures together with the responsible team.
* Plan and participate in trade shows and events in Switzerland and Germany.
* Build and further develop a strong network in e‑commerce.
Qualifications
* Experience in key account management, sales or B2B customer support – preferably in e‑commerce or logistics.
* Strong negotiation skills and communication ability.
* Excellent German and English (spoken and written).
* Team player mindset and enjoyment of cross‑department collaboration.
* Understanding of customer needs and ability to shape solutions actively.
* Initiative, drive and willingness to make a real impact.
* Structured and independent work style.
