What You’ll Do
* Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects — from idea to deployment and impact.
* Work closely with scientists, data experts, and technical teams.
* Shape AI project roadmaps and ensure best‑practice delivery.
* Champion agile ways of working and drive responsible, ethical AI adoption.
* Contribute to a collaborative PM community and mentor others.
What You Bring
* Solid experience in project/program management within pharma or biotech.
* Experience with AI/ML or data‑driven projects.
* Strong understanding of drug discovery environments.
* Confident managing technical/scientific teams and complex stakeholders.
* PM certifications (PMP, Scrum) and AI/ML training are a strong advantage.
