Beschreibung

Main Purpose of Job

Develop Axium Medical Devices business in Switzerland through Managing Key Accounts and leveraging Nestlé Switzerland to implement and execute marketing & commercial plan in alignment with Axium Head of Marketing and Sales.

Main Responsibilities

Commercial Activities

* Define pricing strategy
* Prepare / take part to meetings with customers and define commercial offers
* Identify the most successful sales strategy, taking comprehensive account of channel complexities and stakeholder balance of power
* Supervise local sales activities for medical devices: sales force allocation, incentives, sales meetings, sales force excellence, etc.
* Participate to key training activities with customers and distributors
* Participate in local and international congresses and seminars
* Identify and share best practices to foster rapid adoption across countries
* Track and analyse of sales development, identify and reacts on trends
* Ensure customer satisfaction with a best-in-class service level by working in close cooperation with Axium teams
* Work with operations on product production forecast to align production capacities

Brand / Portfolio Management

* Propose SKUs for key channels and key customers and contribute to the category innovation & renovation pipeline by working closely with Axium teams
* Provide input to global and local communication materials

Expertise

* Be convincing in front of customers due to selling skills, product understanding and customer needs identification
* Reference person in the cluster for all requests and questions concerning medical devices
* Demonstrate a strong ability to network, influence, negotiate and inspire
* Build a knowledge base for the team (list of tenders, Q&A, reference documents, etc.)
* Demonstrate external orientation and strong listening skills to translate HCPs / hospitals feedback into new product / service ideas

Key Competencies / Qualifications /Skills

* Significant experience in sales in the medical industry with an interest / experience in enteral nutrition
* Entrepreneurial mindset (agile, insight, test and learn)
* High people agility and proactive collaboration to gain commitment and excitement from cross-functional team members in a credible way
* Can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team
* German proficiency with a good command of French and English. Italian is a plus.
* IT-literate with strong presentation skills
* Ability to travel (up to 70%)
