Role Summary
The Engagement Manager in our EMEA Brand and Integrated Research Solutions team plays a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to key HQ clients in EMEA. The role involves generating revenue, providing strategic support, overseeing study delivery, and fostering repeat business.
The candidate will focus on integrating research solutions such as primary and secondary intelligence, leveraging IQVIA's broader offerings for meaningful client discussions. Responsibilities include developing proposals, evaluating methodologies, coaching teams, and developing talent. The role requires developing new solutions, driving business development, and delivering high-quality projects across geographies.
Responsibilities :
* Leading delivery of the B&IRS offer for key HQ clients in EMEA, deploying resources and innovation to ensure business growth
* Understanding client needs and developing high-quality proposals
* Providing strategic advice to clients and acting as a trusted advisor on projects
* Developing scalable offerings across different client issues
* Designing research solutions, including data asset identification, methodology, samples, questionnaires, and discussion guides
* Supporting the implementation of B&IRS business vision and objectives
* Coaching offshore and junior team members
* Managing a significant part of the business to achieve revenue targets
* Managing end-to-end consulting and primary market research projects with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements :
* Degree with an interest in Marketing, Market Research, Communication, or Life Sciences
* At least 10 years of experience in consultancy and market research, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector at an international level
* Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong interpretation and analysis skills (quantitative, qualitative, and data integration)
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Creative, client-focused, open-minded, autonomous, with strong team spirit
