Responsibilities Managing office IT equipment - provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, replacing, liaising with third parties Documenting both new and established procedures to establish and promote best practices throughout the company Manage the full lifecycle of new and existing hardware - sell, retire, decommission Provide office support and hardware support with a strong focus on end user satisfaction Manage rack cabinets of network equipment and servers - cabling, cleaning, replacing, racking Monitor current infrastructure and work to resolve issues with both software and hardware Develop current and new pipelines for automation software tasks Requirements Pursuing IT related education or experience Good manual skills (hands-on experience a plus) with cabling, racking and installation of bare metal servers, networking devices and network cards (HP, Cisco) Understanding or experience with Linux operating system would be a plus (Debian, CentOS) Experience or good general knowledge of Windows troubleshooting (AD, logs, services) Basic knowledge or willingness to learn programming (Python, Bash) Understanding of automated provisioning tools (PXE, Foreman) a plus Good general IT technical skills This position requires physical presence and is on-site (no remote working) This opportunity offers the chance to apply creative problem solving skills to diversified IT infrastructure while joining an entrepreneurial team within the TransMarket Group of Companies.
