Job Description

As a Brand Manager in the AbbVie Neurology Team, you will enhance the patient and healthcare professional (HCP) experience by collaborating closely with the IFT, serving as the Brand Team's channel expert to guide campaign development and gather insights across all stakeholder groups.

* Lead the development and propose marketing inputs for the Brand Plan with a patient-centric approach.
* Design and implement marketing initiatives, including:
* Innovative tactics for holistic solutions,
* Multi-channel strategies to strengthen campaigns,
* Multi-stakeholder initiatives,
* Interactive and customized content for CLM,
* Ensure a consistent Brand Story is defined and referenced by the Brand and In-Field Teams.
* Bring the Brand Story to life through marketing materials and campaigns.
* Coordinate market research and insights collection to inform the Patient Journey.
* Synthesize insights from various stakeholders to inform marketing strategies, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
* Contribute to forecasting and KPI monitoring; support budget planning and tracking for marketing activities.
* Enhance Brand Team insights through digital listening and research on new channels.
* Optimize channel mix for marketing and cross-functional campaigns; advise on channel utilization.
* Manage the CLM process and oversee CLM activities in collaboration with the IFT.
* Develop segment profiles and create customized materials for each target segment.
* Maintain an understanding of customer perspectives through regular stakeholder engagement.
* Leverage analytical skills to inform decision-making.
* Identify potential non-traditional partners to meet strategic objectives and manage collaborations.
* Participate actively as a member of the Brand Team.
* Share best practices locally and globally.
* Operate within all relevant division, business, and regulatory guidelines, including ethics and compliance.

Qualifications

* University degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.
* Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
* Relevant marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors like consumer, media, or digital industries.
* Understanding of the healthcare environment, market dynamics, and stakeholder needs within the therapy area.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry policies, procedures, and financial processes.
* Ability to translate patient empathy into strategic, patient-centric plans and tailored messaging.
* Customer-focused mindset and excellent project management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate tasks.
* Ability to build relationships with global and local stakeholders.
* Problem-solving skills to develop appropriate solutions to complex issues.
