We’re Hiring: Technical Administrator – Engineering & Vocational Training (Basel/Kaiseraugst)

We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization within a global corporate environment. This role is part of a modern, agile team that supports the infrastructure and continuous development of a major pharmaceutical site. About the Role
As a Technical Administrator, you will be part of the Business Solutions cluster, working closely with the Drug Product Liquids Basel circle. Your responsibilities will span across managing small-scale engineering projects, supporting pharmaceutical production infrastructure, and contributing to vocational training programs for technical professions.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute small-scale engineering orders, including scheduling and construction coordination.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation for projects, factory operations, qualifications, and SGU (Safety, Health, Environmental Protection).
* Ensure compliance with current standards, internal guidelines, and GMP regulations.
* Manage small projects with accountability for technical solutions, cost control, and timelines.
* Support vocational trainers by delivering job-specific training content, especially in CAD systems (Creo / Onshape).
Your Profile
* Completed technical training as a design engineer or technician, with additional certification as a vocational trainer (KFB). (*****)
* Strong proficiency in CAD systems, particularly Creo and/or Onshape. (*****)
* 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in engineering or technical project management. (*****)
* Familiarity with operational engineering and small project execution. (*****)
* Excellent communication and coordination skills; team-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable working in an agile, self-managed environment.
* Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

* Interviews will be conducted in two rounds: 1st round virtual, 2nd round onsite.
