Please note this position is based on-site at our soon to be launched Basel, Switzerland office and is not a role that can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
* Creatively and resourcefully recruit senior consultants/contractors and generate leads through a variety of tactics, including referrals, prospecting, cold calls etc.
* Build a strong base of highly qualified consultants/contractors
* Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
* Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
* Effectively negotiate pay rates
* Partner closely and work collaboratively with account executives to fulfill open positions
* Industries include: Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology
Experience and skills you’ll need
* Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
* 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
* Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone
* Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
