Employment contract limited until approximately the end of March 2027.
Responsibilities
* Represent all Chef de Parties (Saucier, Gardemanger, Entremetier, etc.)
* Take full responsibility for your designated area and mise en place.
* Prepare mise en place according to the menu for all F&B outlets.
* Ensure a high level of service for the guests.
* Control and compliance with HACCP and ISO guidelines as well as cleanliness in the workplace.
* Order goods for the respective station and check inventory.
* Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and the Head Chef for smooth service.
Qualifications
* Completed culinary training and several years of professional experience in the same position in 5* hotels.
* Proficiency in German and/or English; Italian is an advantage.
* A responsible, precise, proactive, and committed personality with high quality standards and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Well-groomed appearance and physical resilience.
