The HR Department proposes and implements the Municipality's personnel policy. It works daily with all department and sector heads as well as with political officials. It organizes its activity by regularly traveling to the various sites of the Municipality in order to favor proximity with staff.ResponsibilitiesWithin a team of three people, you lead the work of the HR Department (entries, exits, illness, accident and pregnancy absences, retirement). You manage the HR processes of the Municipality with your manager. Supported by your Head of Department, you organize the recruitment process for municipal staff and carry out and keep up to date various HR documents, listings, and dashboards and report on them.
