CK QLS are recruiting for a Business Process Excellence Lead to drive transformation and continuous improvement across our clients biotech manufacturing site.
In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and redesign core business processes — enhancing efficiency, agility, and simplification in how we work.
As a change champion (e3+), you will lead Lean, BPM, and organizational change initiatives that foster innovation and enable sustainable performance improvement.

What You'll Do
* Lead and deploy continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives using Lean, BPM, and e3+ methodologies.
* Map, analyze, and redesign business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and drive operational excellence.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate automation, AI/ML, and digital tools into core processes.
* Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure measurable improvement.
* Act as a change leader, engaging and coaching teams to adopt new ways of working.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the site.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing sectors.
* Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM).
* Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing change in complex organizations.
* Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and AI/ML tools is a plus.
Certifications preferred:
* Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
* BPMN certification or equivalent
* Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, e3+)
