Working as part of our onsite Concierge Team, the Housekeeping Assistant will play a vital part in ensuring all parts of our communities are well presented and maintained. Providing the best first impression that continues throughout the customer experience. As a Housekeeper for Brio, your role will be varied: you will undertake general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming) of designated communal areas, back of house and apartment blocks, ensuring they remain clean and tidy at all times.
Please note this role is for 10 hours per week (5 days a week, 2 hours a day) either 7‑9 am or 5‑7 pm. A basic DBS check is mandatory.
More About You
Enthusiastic and energetic applicants with a proven track record of offering the highest levels of customer service are preferred. Exemplary levels of cleanliness and the ability to spot messes that others can't are essential.
Awareness of Health and Safety, COSHH regulations, safe working practices & chemical materials is required.
Basic IT skills and a good telephone manner with a keen eye for detail are also necessary.
