Responsibilities
1. Holistic Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CUO in strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and targeted outcomes.
2. Strategic Preparation: Prepare detailed analyses and presentations on strategic topics to facilitate informed decision-making by top management.
3. Project Management: Lead and manage projects independently from inception to completion; present findings and updates on various topics.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders; maintain strong relationships with key figures within and outside the organization.
5. Strategic Implementation Support: Assist in implementing corporate and division strategies, collaborating closely with leadership.
6. Qualifications: A university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees like MSc, MBA, or PhD are advantageous.
7. Experience: Background in corporate development, consulting, or insurance, especially in commercial underwriting.
8. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership with aspirations for management roles.
9. Skills: Analytical, strategic, solution-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
10. Organizational Skills: Ability to work across hierarchical levels effectively.
11. Communication: Strong communication skills are essential.
