Our location in Vitznau is a unique ecosystem for health. Situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Rigi, we offer our guests prevention programs tailored to their individual needs. Through these programs, we support them in developing healthy habits in the areas of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and recovery that can be integrated into daily life in an enjoyable and sustainable way. After their stay, we continue to support our guests in implementing these habits at home.

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on professional in the field of nutritional sciences with a passion for cooking, nutrition, and food innovation, who can establish the cuisine of their home country within our organization.
This position is an active kitchen role with a focus on:

The role combines hands‑on kitchen work with a creative and scientific understanding of food, nutrition, and modern cooking techniques, as well as close collaboration with highly qualified nutrition scientists.
Your Profile
Active work in the kitchen during service
Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in buffet style as well as fine-dining plated dishes
Development of new, innovative, health-conscious, seasonal, regional, and international recipes and menu components – exclusively based on tested and nutritionally validated recipes
Optimization of existing dishes in terms of taste, texture, and nutritional value
Participation in seasonal menu changes
Testing of new ingredients, techniques, and concepts
Ensuring consistency and quality
Supporting the kitchen team in daily operations
Training the team on new recipes and techniques
Monitoring mise en place, food quality, and standards
Collaboration with management on food concepts and innovations
Nutritional counseling and training for clients of our clinic
