Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
* Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers (>130 employees)
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing for The Swatch Group Services in the fields of Logistics, Customer Services, Quality Management and Real Estate.
* Be a partner with managers to analyse needs and select top talent.
* Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding & offboarding.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance topics, and change initiatives.
* Support managers in handling discussions, resolving issues, and navigating team conflicts.
* Organise and control of the yearly evaluation and talent management process, and follow-up with measures if needed.
* Follow up on development needs and action plans.
* Handle warnings and contract terminations.

Profile
* You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with everybody and you build a trustful relationship at all levels and be regarded as a trusted partner.
* You get a strong experience in Recruitment ideally in the Supply Chain field. Hands on in sourcing.
* You have an excellent consultative and client service skill with the ability to effectively influence and manage key relationships with a strong knowledge of Swiss law.
* Autonomous and self-motivated, with initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
* You are data driven as well as highly organized: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently.

Professional requirements
* University degree in HR or equivalent (Brevet fédéral)
* Over 5 years of experience in a similar role
