Sales Support Specialist Role Overview
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for order processing, technical and commercial support, and customer communication in a dynamic international environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Provide technical and commercial support to customers through various communication channels
* Collaborate with logistics and workshop teams to ensure seamless material delivery
* Create export and transit documents, as well as provide shipping documents and assign transport orders to freight forwarders
* Invoice shipments and create credit/debit notes while monitoring accounts receivable
* Handle customer complaints, freight forwarder claims, and insurance cases related to transport damage or loss
* Organize return shipments and maintain inventory levels
* Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
* Commercial or technical apprenticeship with additional training in a commercial field
* Several years of professional experience in sales support or a related field
* Fluent English and German language skills
* Good knowledge of SAP (SD-Module) and MS-Office
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
