OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Head of After Sales to lead a team of After Sales professionals and optimize our automotive after-sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, spare parts management, and service excellence within the automotive industry.ResponsibilitiesManage the After-Sales team and Dealer Network to ensure flawless customer experience aiming to an NPS >95Drive and develop partners’ service readiness, execution, and performance assessmentsDefine and secure achievement of annual service targetsLead partners toward continuous service quality improvementCoordinate legal and commercial teams to finalize after-sales agreements with new dealersConduct regular regional visits, host meetings and workshops, and review partner business plansOversee the development, execution, and review of after-sales projectsEnsure service quality through timely training, tooling, and support materialsManage regional customer satisfaction (NPS), support complaint resolution, and handle goodwill authorizationCollect and analyze market intelligence; collaborate with HQ on strategic planningWork closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain to improve spare parts availability and deliveryCoordinate after-market initiatives and support service campaign rolloutsIntroduce and deploy Aftersales IT systems (e.g. DMS, LMS, TIS) to dealerships and service shopsYour ProfileProven experience in After Sales at Managerial Role in a large Automotive organizationStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAcademic Degree with specialization in Business related area.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and German – Chinese or any other European Language will be considered an asset.Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensableWhat we offerCompetitive remuneration package.A fast-paced dynamic environment in a successful international organization.International exposure with the chance to adapt locally and make a difference.Growth potentialBe part of the futureOur MissionBYD's mission is to create a complete, clean-energy ecosystem that reduces the world's reliance on fossil fuels.
