Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Global Commercial Relations (GCR) Specialist – SAP SD Process Expert who is analytical, collaborative, and proactive to join our Global Commercial Relations team, based at our UCB campus located in Bulle, Fribourg, Switzerland.
About The Role
You will be the SAP SD subject matter expert, driving process excellence and contract lifecycle management across global commercial operations. You’re going to ensure system optimization, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction through your expertise and leadership.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Product Master Data, while supporting global clients across multiple UCB sales organizations. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
What You Will Do
Represent GCR in key SAP projects and drive process improvements.
Coach users and maintain training materials.
Manage contract reviews, amendments, and ensure timely execution.
Safeguard compliance and respond to audit requests.
Maintain SAP client master data and ensure accurate pricing and shelf-life tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and adjust transfer pricing.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Higher education diploma in commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in international trade or finance.
Strong expertise in SAP SD processes and flows.
Fluent in English and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
Organized, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Power Query and data reporting.
