Business Analyst – Migration Contact Center
Expleo Group, Geneva, Switzerland.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the deployment and migration of Global Contact Center solutions, notably Genesys (on-premises → cloud).
Responsibilities
* Analyze business and functional needs related to contact center operations.
* Define functional and technical requirements for the migration.
* Collaborate closely with technical, business, and solution provider teams.
* Write functional documentation (user stories, process maps, etc.).
* Support test, validation, and deployment phases.
* Ensure communication between local and international teams.
Qualifications
* 3+ years as Business Analyst on Contact Center / Genesys projects.
* Strong understanding of on-premises and cloud environments.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Fluency in English required; German highly appreciated.
* Immediate availability.
* Position based in Geneva.
