Role Overview
This position plays a key role in shaping the Corporate Communications team, based at our Headquarters in Geneva. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Employee Engagement, focusing on implementing Employee Engagement strategy and Internal Communications initiatives.

Responsibilities
* We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to developing and managing employee engagement and internal communications strategy as part of our Employee Engagement Team.
* The ideal candidate will lead daily employee engagement initiatives and campaigns to ensure our culture, values, and objectives are communicated clearly to both on-board and ashore employees.
* A high level of creativity is required to create and deliver high-quality content for internal communications channels, considering current business goals and in-market business objectives.
* We are looking for someone to collaborate with internal departments to deliver impactful employee engagement initiatives.
* Promoting internal communications best practices globally and developing relationships with global colleagues and communications peers is essential.
* The role requires a hands-on approach to setting up and continuously improving internal communications channels, particularly focusing on our global Intranet.
* Supporting the further development of the global Intranet to become a high-performing tool that engages employees and provides necessary resources is crucial.
* Contribute to fostering a positive organisational culture and unifying employees around shared Company culture, values, and objectives.
* Measure agreed upon success metrics and lead the team in achieving them.
Qualifications
* We require a native English speaker with knowledge of German, Spanish, French, or Italian.
* 8 years of experience in Communications, preferably in Internal Communications or Employee Engagement, is essential.
* Luxury brand experience is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate should have a strong creative flair with attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential, bringing energy, dynamism, and a robust approach to help the Communications team achieve goals.
* The ability to create high-impact content in English to engage the global workforce in our vision and values is critical.
* A knowledge of multimedia content creation and modern web-based interfaces, including social media platforms, is required.
* We need a dynamic, curious, and quick-thinking individual with proactive team membership skills.
