Base pay range
CHF65,000.00/yr - CHF80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Self-reliant handling of support calls from intake to resolution
* Analysis and resolution of platform monitoring alerts
* Clarification of issues and gathering relevant information
* Participation in the continuous optimization of the support process
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in platform development or as an ICT specialist; graduates are welcome
* Team-oriented, independent, friendly, and open-minded
