* Together with the vocational and practical trainers in the technical training workshop, you will supervise apprentices in the professions of automation technician EFZ, production mechanic EFZ and electrician EFZ
* You teach practical skills - particularly in the areas of automation
* You will support the recruitment of apprentices, conduct placement interviews, supervise learning documentation and take on other administrative tasks
* Together with the team leaders of the technical departments, you will plan the company training assignments
* You will be involved in creating and updating the training programme
* You support the apprentices in the preparation and realisation of the IPA (individual practical work)
* You organise and carry out taster days and create suitable programmes
* You represent Bell Switzerland Ltd at careers fairs and other vocational training events
* You maintain contacts within Bell Switzerland Vocational Training and with professional associations and play an active role in the further development of technical apprenticeships
What you bring with you
* Completed vocational training as an automation technician or a related specialisation
* Practical knowledge of training and ideally experience in supervising apprentices.
* High level of social skills and enjoy working with young people
* Independent, proactive, resilient and reliable way of working
* Ability to work in a team and willingness to work according to defined processes while taking on responsibility
* Motivation to continuously expand and impart your knowledge and skills
