The Affiliate Inventory Planner is responsible for replenishment planning and delivery execution for several affiliate subsidiaries. Reporting to the Senior Affiliates Supply Manager, the role ensures optimal product availability across all customer channels—stores, wholesale, travel retail, and e‑commerce—while maintaining healthy and cost‑efficient inventory levels.
Key Focus
* Act as the key Supply Chain contact for purchase forecast demand management
* Apply the Daily Management System (DMS) and proactively manage business exceptions
* Analyze inventory performance and initiate corrective actions to meet service level, inventory, and execution targets
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the key interface between local affiliates and central teams to ensure product availability across affiliate warehouses
* Optimize inventory planning and stock deployment
* Ensure efficient order‑to‑delivery execution
* Optimize supply chain and inventory‑related costs
* Simplify and reduce non‑value‑added processes
* Maintain and ensure the accuracy of Planning Master Data
Additional Responsibilities
* Lead the Replenishment Planning process, balancing customer service targets, finished goods inventory, and replenishment costs
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in replenishment, inventory management, and system utilization
* Develop a strong end‑to‑end understanding of supply chain operations (inventory control, warehousing, logistics, transportation)
* Actively contribute to cross‑functional forums such as S&OP / SIOP, fostering data‑driven discussions and actionable outcomes
Qualifications
* +3 years’ experience in a similar role combining supply chain, logistics and customer service knowledge
* Strong system expertise in SAP S4 and Power BI reporting tools
* Proven track record in order processing and/or inventory planning
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage relationships with strategic partners
* Experience working in a multi‑channel distribution network with high seasonality
* Excellent communication skills and leadership ability
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced and complex environment
* Positive, open‑minded attitude
* Fluency in English; French is a plus
