This position combines Executive Assistant responsibilities with office tasks. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to several senior team members, including diary management, meeting and travel arrangements. The role also contributes to maintaining the smooth daily operation of the Geneva office, working closely with the local Office Manager.Executive Assistant and Office Assistant at a leading firm in the investment sector.MissionsExecutive Assistant Duties (Primary Focus)- Provide Executive Assistant support to multiple senior team members.- Manage diaries and meetings across various time zones, including arrangements and logistical planning.- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders.- Prioritize incoming requests and meeting logistics.- Manage confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism.Office & Team- Assist the Office Manager with daily office tasks, providing general office support and covering during holidays or absences when needed.- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.Events & Projects- Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Forum (3-4 month period).- Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.Profile- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Office Assistant.- Fluent proficiency in English or French (ideally both).- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Strong attention to detail and reliability.- High level of discretion, professionalism, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Ideally, a good working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite).Conditions and Benefits- Full-time position based in the office.- Comfortable working in a small, agile office environment. jid2d3cbe0aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
