To meet the many challenges, HIB is looking for a: Finance and Accounting Specialist 80% to 100% Your mission Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in compliance with Swiss GAAP RPC accounting standards and current legal provisions. Contribute to financial statements intended for internal and external partners. Prepare necessary documentation for various audits and ensure the implementation of the required forms. Supervise financial agreements with partner institutions, including monitoring agreements and related matters. Perform economic and financial analyses as needed by the Finance Department. Develop cash flow projections and produce financial analyses. Implement and adhere to the guidelines for financial and analytical accounting. Ensure continuous monitoring of the internal control system (ICS) for financially impactful processes. You hold a degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent. You have proven experience in a similar position. You have mastery of Swiss GAAP RPC standards. Your experience allows you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and demonstrate analytical thinking and rigor. You are fluent in French (spoken and written).
