This position involves production planning and the implementation of processes to meet the department's objectives. Furthermore, the role includes responsibility for the Apprentice Center, with direct responsibility for the entire X CFC program. Main Responsibilities: Define and implement the objectives for milling and turning machines (CNC machines) to meet defined goals (machine rates, productive hours) Ensure a high level of quality by minimizing the non-conformity rate Ensure the proper implementation of the 4-year apprenticeship program, to guarantee optimal and efficient use of hours and timely obtaining of the CNC Mechanic certificate Identify process improvement opportunities and cost reduction, implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity Define key performance indicators (KPI) and dashboards to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments Train and support teams on new processes and opportunities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for the department’s core processes Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and standards (ISO and ESG) jidf9d79e9aen jit0313aen jpiy26aen
