For our branch in Geneva, we are looking for a Sea Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Role:
* Booking with airlines or shipping lines
* Establishment of transport documents
* Preparing claims and quotations for customers and network
* Arranging pick-up and transportation as per instructions
* Invoicing, monitoring events, archiving files
* Daily communication with 4PL
What We Expect:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in international air transportation
* Self-driven, dynamic, can-do attitude, team spirit
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Stress-resistant and capable of handling emergencies
* Detailed knowledge of logistics/transportation industry, especially sea freight
* Excellent knowledge of Incoterms
* Local market knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
