Your Mission
As a Business Process Engineer in the Process and quality team you will help shape and improve core business processes across our Real Estate vertical. In close collaboration with stakeholders from Product Support Sales and Operations you'll work on designing and implementing efficient scalable and customer-centric processes in a SaaS-based digital portal environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has already gained some hands‑on experience in business process analysis or improvement and now wants to take the next step by working cross‑functionally and building end‑to‑end understanding.
You'll also contribute to process optimization within our Customer Care Center (CCC) helping strengthen the bridge between Support Sales and Product.
Responsibilities
* Analyse model and improve key business and support processes across our B2B and B2C journeys
* Support process documentation standardization and knowledge‑sharing across teams
* Help identify and solve inefficient or repetitive tasks especially in support‑related operations
* Act as a liaison between Customer Competence Center (CCC) and other stakeholders collecting needs and supporting technical translations
* Contribute to proactive support planning for upcoming releases or changes
* Help coordinate and communicate product update briefings to Support teams
* Assist in the creation of training modules for tools systems or new workflows
* Collect and analyse operational data to identify areas for continuous improvement
* Participate in workshops and collaborate on cross‑functional improvement initiatives
* Drive AI solutions within CCC and at the interface to other areas
Qualifications
* 25 years of experience in Business Process Management Operational Excellence or a related field
* Exposure to process design customer support flows or cross‑functional coordination in a digital or SaaS environment
* Basic knowledge of process modelling standards (BPMN flowcharts) and improvement techniques (Lean 5 Whys etc.)
* Analytical mindset with a drive to understand why and how things work
* Proactive and communicative team player who's eager to learn and take ownership
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); French is a plus
* Familiarity with tools like Miro Confluence Jira Notion Salesforces Retool SEON or similar is a plus
