WHAT YOU CAN MOVE
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service management (ITSM) and business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
1. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
2. Implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, or other ServiceNow solutions based on business needs.
3. Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and applications.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practices and compliance.
6. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and end-users.
8. Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and enhancements to drive innovation within the organization.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Consultant, or Administrator.
2. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or HRSD.
3. Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
4. Familiarity with UI/UX design for ServiceNow portals and dashboards.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
6. Certificates: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant certifications (CIS, CAD, etc.) are a plus.
7. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks is preferred.
8. Fluent in German is mandatory for locations Zurich, Bern, or Basel.
