We have offices in Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Miami. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include: Cash management (Group and non-Group) * Preparing and monitoring weekly reports on the balances of all bank accounts * Managing bank account transactions: investments, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, etc. Budgets and reporting * Preparing monthly budgets * Preparing the Group's consolidated accounts * Preparing the analytical review * Participating in the preparation of the P&L (Profit & Loss) Support for financial projects * Support any ad hoc or specific financial projects at the CEO's request, Invoicing * Prepare invoices, * Follow up on payments and any reminders, Intra-group payments and monitoring * Paying invoices between subsidiaries * Monitoring Group loans and associated financial obligations Collaboration: * Work with the group's various subsidiaries, * Work with internal and external fiduciaries. Required skills and profile: * Master's degree in Finance (HEC type) or Swiss Accounting Diploma * Very good command of financial management, accounting, and reporting tools, * Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written - minimum C1 level), * Strong analytical and organizational skills, * Rigorous, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
