What's waiting for you: You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring to exit—and coordinate all changes.
You will manage personnel administration: from data maintenance to clarifications and notifications to external agencies.
You will coordinate the recruitment process (including applicant management) and support new employees during onboarding.
You will carry out monthly payroll processing together with the trustee.
You will prepare monthly HR reports and ensure data quality.
You will actively participate in HR projects to further develop internal HR processes and standards.
What you bring: Completed commercial training with further training in HR (e.g., HR certificate)
At least 2 years of experience in an operational HR role, ideally in an SME
In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security, and payroll
Strong service orientation, high level of initiative, and a structured and discreet approach to work
Enjoyment of operational tasks and interest in project work
Proficient use of MS Office and HR systems
Must-have: Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
