Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. It is a temporary mission of 12 months, with the preferred location being Nyon.How you will make an impact:Lead and contribute to the completion of large-scale cross-functional strategic projects and initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures and estimated resources neededInitiate, plan, execute, control, and manage all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project successIdentify risks and developing risk mitigation strategiesSupport development of communications relevant to initiativesWhat will you need (Required):Bachelor's degree in related field5 Year s of hands on experience managing mid-to-large scale projectsWhat else we look for (Preferred):Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-taskStrong documentation and communication skills; English is a must, other languages will be considered a plus.Ability to proactively escalate issues and recommend options to appropriate levels of management in the organizationAbility to engage stakeholders and resourcesStrong understanding and work experience with project managementAbility to manage vendors and project stakeholdersExperience working in commercial, strategic and transformational projectsAdhere to all company rules and requirements
