Manage the regular maintenance of buildings and outdoor areas. Propose the annual budget for the section and the maintenance of buildings, ensure follow-up and manage orders to organize and plan maintenance techniques. Manage relations with suppliers. Participate in the site’s building committee.Profile and skills:CFC of agent or a title deemed equivalent. Federal diploma of professional concierge preferred with 10 years of field experience in functions related to concierge services or technical building management. Experience in adult guidance would be an asset for mentoring socio-professionals. Listening skills and the ability to motivate. Structured mindset, competence in stress resistance, and flexibility. Ability to easily connect with and communicate with individuals from various backgrounds and ages.
