Overview
As Kids Club / Housekeeping Turndown Host, I will assume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:
* Plan, organize, and lead engaging and educational kids’ activities.
* Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment tailored to children’s interests and needs.
* Set up the Kids Club room and equipment before each session, including arts & crafts materials, books, and games.
* Present available activities to families upon arrival and provide personalized recommendations.
* Maintain cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene in the Kids Club area at all times.
* Support housekeeping during evening shifts by performing turndown service, including refreshing rooms, replacing towels, drawing curtains, and preparing the room for the night.
* Follow all safety and emergency procedures in line with resort policy.
* Report any safety, health, or maintenance concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.
* Uphold Six Senses standards and exceed performance benchmarks.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and respond proactively to guest feedback.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Kids Club / Housekeeping Turndown Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
* High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role.
* Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives.
* Fluent in French and English
* EU Passport or Swiss work authorisation.
