Today, Patrimonium and its affiliated companies manage approximately CHF 5 billion for a large number of institutional and private investors and employ more than 70 people in Zurich, Zug, and Crissier/Lausanne.
For our ongoing growth and strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled real estate professional.
Responsibilities
* Source, evaluate, and prepare real estate investment opportunities
* Conduct detailed market, location, and financial analyses
* Lead acquisition projects in collaboration with the Real Estate Team
* Perform property valuations, due diligence, and investment calculations
* Coordinate and manage the full transaction process from start to finish
* Negotiate and draft contracts with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain and expand a professional network within the real estate industry
* Administer internal systems (CRM, SharePoint, Immopac) and ensure data accuracy
* Coordinate project development and support strategic initiatives
Profile / Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Economics and/or Real Estate
* 2–5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland
* Well‑established sourcing network in the Swiss real estate market
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Autonomous, committed, and able to work effectively in a team
* Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize under pressure
* Fluent in French, German, and English
